The Space

• The first floor consists of a living room, 1 Bedroom, toilet, kitchen, living/dining room

• The second floor consists of 2 bedrooms

• Free on-street parking at the front of the house, a small backyard behind the house.

Sleeping Arrangements:

• Bedroom 1 – 3 single beds

• Bedroom 2 – 1 double bed, 1 single bed

• Bedroom 3 – 1 double bed

• Living room- 2 sofa beds

*Check-in at 4 pm
*Check out at 10 am
*Early check-in and late check-out fees of £20 each are subject to availability.

*No smoking or drug use.
*No pets.
*No (hen, stag &other) parties, events & meet-ups.
*No additional guests.
*No under 21year old, unless staying with family.

*Damage deposit is £300.
*Additional cleaning/rubbish collection required following your stay will be automatically charged at a minimum of £50.
*Quiet hours between 11 pm and 7 am.
