And whether you’re staying here for business or pleasure, there’s plenty about this place to get excited about.

As soon as you enter, you’ll see the hosts have made a real effort to present modern and stylish serviced accommodation, from the new wooden flooring to the freshly painted ceilings.

The interior is beautifully presented with bright and warm yellow feature walls adding real distinction to every room. The lounge is a great example. There’s space to chat and relax in here with twin sofas and a single armchair all offering up great views of the flat screen TV that’s mounted on the wall above the fireplace. There’s sofa bed sleeping space for two guests in here too.

Next door is the separate dining room, a great space in which to gather for meals, games, or even work and meetings if that’s your reason for visiting Manchester. The table comfortably seats six, and there’s the bonus of another armchair and another wall-mounted flat screen TV in here. You also get access to the garden, so you can enjoy some private outside space during your stay—if you get time!

The dining room connects with the galley-style kitchen that, like the rest of the house, has really benefited from the recent renovation. It contains quality appliances aplenty, all you need to prepare snacks and meals on those days you decide not to eat out or order a takeaway.

The warm and welcoming colour theme of the house continues across the three bedrooms, which offer one room with a double bed, a second room with two single beds and the third bedroom with one single bed. All beds have comfortable mattresses and are smartly presented, so no matter which of the 3 bedrooms you sleep in, you’re sure of a good night’s rest.
