A luxury apartment in the center of Liverpool. Two bedrooms, living room and kitchen, free parking and pool table. Shops are very nearby as well as nice restaurants. Why pay for an expensive hotel when you can book a spacious apartment for almost half the price. Self-check-in between 3 pm till 11 pm so arrives at your own time!

Guests Access

Guests have access to all rooms in the property. Living room, Kitchen/dining room on the ground floor with access to the spacious backyard. 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the 1st floor.

Thank you for considering to stay with us. Before confirming booking please be aware of this requirements:

*Check in 4pm
*Check out 10am
*Early check in and late check out fees of £20 each are subject to availability.

*No smoking or drug use.
*No pets.
*No (hen, stag &other) parties or events & meet ups.
*No additional guests.
*No under 21year old, unless staying with family.

*Damage deposit is £150.
*Additional cleaning/rubbish collection required following your stay will be automatically charged at minimum of £50.
*Quiet hours between 11pm and 7am.
