Step in through your private front door (using the easy and secure contactless entry system) and you’re into the lounge, a bright and modern space with plenty of seating on which guests can flake out and relax after a busy day’s working or exploring Manchester. Grab the remote and flick through the channels on the widescreen TV, just like you would at home.

The room has a chair that converts into a single bed if you need extra sleeping space on top of the two bedrooms, each of which has a double bed featuring beautifully comfortable mattresses and top-quality bedding. Both bedrooms also have plenty of storage space for your belongings, handy if you’re planning a longer-term stay.

And there’s easy access to the bathroom, which features a brand new suite with a bathtub and shower over, so you can choose how you relax and freshen up. Your hosts provide towels and basic toiletries for all guests, but there’s space to store any you want to bring with you or buy while you’re here.

Of course, you get your own new and modern kitchen here with all the appliances you’re likely to need during your stay.
